As we continue to progress our transformational journey, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative for our Central Region. This role you can be based at any of our branches in New Zealand
He angitūtanga: The opportunity
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader you will:
Support and liaise with our internal/external customers.
Develop and maintain strong internal/external customer relationships.
Be involved in any process improvements to raise quality and service.
Pro-actively identify and inform customers of any network delays.
Managing customer queries via phone/email and manage customer escalations.
Resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner

We are looking for a driven individual who can work in a team environment, as a team member and has attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
Additionally, you will have:
A minimum of one year experience in a similar role
Time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must have a positive and cooperative attitude towards customers and other employees.
Demonstrable problem-solving skills
Good computer literacy and data entry skills
Experience with Genesys Purecloud and / or Salesforce would be beneficial.
