Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch service to our valued customers. You will be the bridge between our customers and our expert service technicians, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for all.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally.
- Listen to customer concerns and vehicle issues with empathy and attention to detail.
- Be able to show empathy and compassion as required
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate vehicle repairs efficiently.
- Provide accurate estimates and explanations of necessary services and repairs.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service progress and updates.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Ensure that the service department operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with service technicians and parts department to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Uphold our commitment to excellent Customer Service and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Advisor in the automotive industry or Customer Service role in a high volume field .
- Exceptional Customer Service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge or ability to quickly acquire knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
- Proficient with computer software and service management systems.
- Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
