Position Overview:
As a Sales/Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers in finding the right 4WD accessories, providing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional service to drive sales and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in-store, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Engage with customers to understand their specific 4WD accessory needs and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and compatibility with various vehicles.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and electronic payments.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing timely and helpful information.
- Handle and resolve customer concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring all products are properly displayed and priced.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
- Passion for off-road vehicles and 4WD accessories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
