Pegasus Healthcare and Hospital at Home was established in 1986 and has grown to become a major supplier of medical equipment to Australian Health Care facilities and to people living in the community. We have a casual opportunitiy to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (Driver/Installer) / General Hand.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the delivery of excellent service to our customers, whilst delivering, installing and collecting medical equipment. You will also be called upon to assist with the assembly, cleaning and some maintenance of equipment. Full training will be provided.
You will act as a liaison between our customers and our Account Managers and the Management team ensuring any concerns or issues are resolved in a timely manner.
The role is based in West Gosford NSW, and services the Central Coast region.
This is a casual position, 7 shifts per fortnight (Tuesday to Friday) , 9am to 5pm.
A company vehicle will be provided.
About You
You will work well in a team environment, have a strong Customer Service ethic, have pride in your work and are able to communicate with people at all levels. You will need to be self motivated, physically fit and be capable of lifting and moving medical devices/equipment weighing 15kg to 20kg constantly.
This is an important and busy role, so our successful candidate will appreciate a fast-paced work environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities. Above all, we are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude and a commitment to Customer Service that our team and customers will see and feel.
You will require a current Class C Drivers Licence (Manual Transmission) with an acceptable driving record and be willing to undertake a National Police Check.
