Duties:
- Deliver exceptional Customer Service to internal and external customers within company guidelines
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat and other mediums, providing prompt, courteous and accurate information
- Handle inbound calls with a high degree of professionalism and empathy
- Provide general advice and assistance to customers and partners regarding policy activation, policy coverage, policy administration, new and/or existing claims.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective call resolution and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to established call centre protocols and follow company guidelines
- Ensure all contact and interaction is of the highest standard (written/ verbal)
- Communicate clearly and appropriately to all internal and external Customers and Stakeholders
- Previous Customer Service experience either contact centre, retail, hospitality, or reception. All training will be provided.
- Professional communicator who can connect with and assist customers in sometimes difficult situations.
- Ability to deliver a great customer experience within a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with a positive can-do attitude
- Strong team player who supports and respects others and strives to exceed expectations
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry highly regarded but not essential
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent planning and organisational skills whilst working accurately and to deadlines
