We are now recruiting for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join our branch in Menai. Our Customer Service Representative roles are great job opportunities where you can get your foot into the door of a community minded bank, gain hands on experience, enjoy interacting with members in branch and online, whilst providing them with a high level of service to ensure their financial needs are met.
The role
- Having conversations with members face to face and over the phone to assist them with their banking and insurance needs
- Exploring new opportunities to find the right financial solutions that may improve our members position
- Working with a team to achieve daily goals and business objectives
- Maintaining a high level of operational adherence in line with company and regulatory standards, policies and procedures
- Cash handling, balancing and administrative activities.
The Person
- Experience in a retail, sales and/or Customer Service environment
- Honesty and integrity with the ability to diligently follow and adhere to policies and procedures in a regulated financial environment
- Sound numeracy, cash handling experience and an accurate eye for detail
- An aptitude for technology with proficient computer skills
- A positive and upbeat outlook and genuinely enjoy helping others and working together to achieve common goals
- Initiative and the ability to manage multiple activities
