Tasks & responsibilities
- Meet and greet members and guests and interact to build relationships Attend to bookings and communication with members and guests
- Attend to queries in person as well as via phone and email Prepare and ready the space for open/close
- Connect with the local community and Promote Wello works offerings
- Work closely with the Community Manager regarding daily operations
- Assist with planning and hosting events and meetings
- Create a 5-star experience for members and guests
- Walk the talk - be a great ambassador for health and wellness
Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in coworking, sales, hospitality or Customer Service an advantage Must be flexible to work across a 7 day roster.
