Oji Foodservice Packaging Solutions, is a small division of the expanding Oji Fibre Solutions Group - one of Australasia's largest fibre-based packaging suppliers. Our new Larapinta facility is responsible for the distribution of paper cups and other food packaging products for a wide variety of uses including cold drinks, hot beverages, hot chips, ice cream, popcorn and many other products that benefit from well-designed and crafted packaging.
We are currently seeking the permanent Part Time services of an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our small, but dynamic team.
Reporting to the Office Manager, your role will vary depending on the daily business requirements, however core responsibilities will include being responsible for providing outstanding Customer Service to our clients through efficient and accurate data entry/processing of orders received by phone and email into SAP system, liaise/provide support to other departments within the business, basic accounts support, minor sales and procurement and assist with general reception responsibilities.
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate:
• Solid understanding of SAP and MS Office suite
• Demonstrate prior experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail
• An ability to work efficiently without direct supervision to complete your duties
• Passion and strive in identifying opportunities for improvement
• Team player who is flexible to help to best support a small team
