The Opportunity:
A Customer Service Representative role is currently available within our Victorian team providing backfill Customer Service on multiple sites across Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs.
This role provides support services to our clients including but not limited to:
- Attending to the printers across the sites, replenishing paper and replacing toner cartridges
- Performing basic trouble shooting on and cleaning the devices as necessary
- Providing basic training and support to the staff onsite on the use of their printer devices
- Escalating any printer issues to our team of Technicians
- Performing basic reconfiguration of printer devices across sites

The successful candidate must be an individual who embraces challenge and responsibility with enthusiasm and energy. You are a capable and effective communicator, confident speaking with a wide range of stakeholders, as well as customers, supervisors and peers. You have a professional approach to work and possess a polite and positive attitude.
The ideal candidate would bring the following skills and attributes to the role:
- Outstanding Customer Service skills
- Enjoys working autonomously and making decisions independently
- Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail
- Reliable with a positive “can-do” attitude
- Very well-presented
- Willingness to be an integral part of the team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Reliable access to vehicle preferred but not necessary
