An exciting opportunity exists for additional Customer Service Representatives to support the rapid growth of Our Sage.
The successful applicants will be committed to exceptional Customer Service, operational excellence and being part of a collaborative team.
You will ensure exceptional service as part of every shift, be the first point of contact for our network of telehealth doctors, manage inbound patient enquiries via phone and online, and suggest improvements as to how we can make our service better. You will be part of a small but expanding Customer Service team.
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing telehealth business, backed by an organisation committed to quality, primary healthcare. Permanent part-time and casual roles available, based in North Sydney.
Essential Experience & Qualities
- Exceptional Customer Service skills

- A clear communicator – both written and verbal
- High tech literacy – Best Practice experience preferred
