Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative!
Your primary responsibility will be to seamlessly facilitate the final stage of our parts supply chain. You'll be the friendly face customers rely on for all their parts ordering and collection needs. Elevating our service standards, your dedication ensures every interaction is marked by excellence, leaving customers consistently satisfied.
The Customer Service Representative will be required to effectively handle and provide outstanding Customer Service to both internal & external customers, engage customers with basic DBSi, WMS knowledge to assist with identifying their requirements providing prompt service in delivery of goods, receipting of credits, core & warranty returns, identifying leads and opportunity purposes within the Guildford CSC.
This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis working Monday to Friday plus one Saturday morning per month.
Location: South Guildford, WA
Roster: 5/2 8.5hrs
To be successful the following is required:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or similar role
- Basic computer literacy skills – MS Office and relevant internet-based applications
- The ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
- Conflict resolution skills and demonstrated experience in navigating challenging situations
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to ask the right questions to understand and resolve problems to ensure customer requirements (internal/external) are fulfilled
- High level of attention to detail
Desirable:
- Previous experience utilising WesTrac and Caterpillar systems
- Knowledge of DBSi, WMS & SIS 2.0 software
- Current WA Drivers Licence
