AddressTHE ROLE
Join our dynamic Customer Service team where you'll handle predominantly inbound calls with the occasional outbound campaigns in a contact centre environment, assisting callers with a variety of queries such as updating information, and account inquiries. Additionally, you'll process inbound forms and update online documents as part of correspondence duties. The best part? No sales!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive inbound calls (Customer Service)
- Queries ranging from general information updates, reissue documents, general consultation on payment plan, etc.
- Occasional outbound calls may be required to discuss account updates, confirm information submitted via paper/forms, etc.
- Correspondence work - process inbound forms submitted by customers, update online forms, etc.
- Monday - Friday rotating roster between the hours of 8am - 8pm

ABOUT YOU:
- Hold current Australian Citizenship
- Customer service, retail and hospitality backgrounds will be advantageous
- An effective communicator, able to build rapport quickly
- Be able to navigate multiple systems concurrently whilst conversing with customers
- Intermediate computer skills
- Be willing and eligible to obtain a security clearance to the level applicable (this is at no cost to you)
- Have lived in Australia for the last 5 consecutive years (a 5-year footprint)
