The Role
We are currently looking for multiple Customer Service
Representatives to join our Rydalmere After-Sales Service team for
4-6 month fixed term contracts!
As a CS Rep your role would be to provide our customers with
outstanding Customer Service over the phone and through email as
the first point of contact.
You will:
Determine the assistance required by the customer and lodge
a service request if it is determined necessary.
Provide customers with verbal quotes for water heater
installations.
Advise customers on installation dates, service calls and
general service matters.
Liaise with internal stakeholders including planning room
team members.
Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to.
About you
To be successful it is essential you have similar
Customer Service experience within an inbound call
centre.
In addition, you will:
Enjoy and be effective working in a team.
Have experience in dealing with and resolving issues for
customers.
Have excellent communication skills, both written and
verbal.
Have a high attention to detail.
Have a proactive approach and a positive attitude.
Experience with SAP C4C is strongly desirable.
