Are you looking for a role where you can take things to the next level? We have an opening in our Customer Service team. With a key focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience that will see the relationships with our customers grow, you will work with a very established base of plumbing merchants who supply a diverse range of products. If you have had some plumbing industry experience (think valves and pipe fittings), great! If not, that’s ok we are a diverse bunch here. About the role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager we are looking for a proven and high performing Customer Service operator for a 6-month contract role. Putting customer experience first will be in your DNA. This role is to support the roll out of our leadfree product strategy.
What you will need to do:
- Actioning of daily emails/reports to keep customers informed of changes
- Updating customer orders
- Prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met
- General administration duties as required
- Ability to work 4 hours per day (Monday to Friday, part time) and increase hours if required
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About you:
- 3+ years experience in a Customer Service; Sales Support or Administrative role
- You will bring the highest level of personal integrity and ethics
- You will be a great team player
- You will be a quick and adaptable learner
- Outstanding Customer Service skills
- Be able to work under pressure to achieve outcomes
- Excellent attention to detail with good verbal & written communication skills
- Strong problem solver, ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Have a “Can-do” positive attitude.
- A team player who Is committed to contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture
- Experienced with Microsoft Office suite, particularly excel
- SAP experience will be a huge advantage
