- Customer Service Representative
- Pay rate $60k + Super
- Role is based in Melbourne CBD
- Provide friendly, helpful and professional support to the customers
- Positively assist the other teams with their queries. Particularly the sales team.
- Support customers working with various Retail Portals and encourage customers in their use.
- Professionally write emails and utilize templates where provided.
- Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Learn product knowledge and other information for effective communication to customers.
- Help improve the communication to customers both external and within the company.
- Help with the transaction processing of the customer service department. This includes but not limited to data entry and the processing of watch repairs through the company.
- Positively contribute to the customer service team and help out in all aspects of the department's functions
- You are people-orientated and adaptable, with outstanding problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for writing emails
- Confidence and a pleasant matter on the telephone
- High degree of accuracy
- Good computer knowledge and keyboard skills
- Work well in a team
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Ability to acquire and retain product knowledge
- Capacity to work independently and proactively
- Be friendly and provide a positive atmosphere to external customers and those around you.
