As a Customer Service representative for motackle, you will:
· Work within our mail order team helping our online customers choose the best products and receive the best service they need to enjoy the fishing & outdoors
· Have exceptional Customer Service whether you are on the phone, email, live chat or social platforms
· Provide expert product advice across our entire fishing and outdoors range. Training will be provided in the areas you aren’t familiar with
· Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Be very comfortable working with computers and software such as Office and Retail Express
· Have a passion for the Fishing & outdoors that comes through within your Customer Service
· Must have a passion and be a experienced fisher
Preferred, but not necessary:
· Specific experience working within the fishing, camping, surfing, diving or fossicking industry.
· Prior retail, especially e-commerce experience
· Prior experience within a dispatch environment
