ABOUT THE ROLES
We are actively working with clients to attract and compile the best Customer Service teams for their brands. The Customer Representatives and Leaders are responsible for delivering a professional, prompt, and best-in-class service experience to customers across various communication channels. These roles aim to create excitement and build trust, ultimately achieving the overall targeted customer satisfaction of the world's leading luxury brands.
As the Customer Service Representatives, you will cover both inbound and outbound services. Focusing on customer enquiries, post-sales support, online shop support, complaint resolution and online connectivity queries. In addition to data maintenance and event and campaign activities.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications or related field and/or a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a Customer Service role with a passion about delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and telephone etiquette.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building customer relationships.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly and creatively to resolve customers issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to perform rotating shift work across the weekdays and weekend shifts.
