Snap is Australia’s leading business print and design franchise group and our North Sydney business is located in the centre or the vibrant and bustling CBD.
The Role
Do to our rapid growth an exciting opportunity has opened up for a Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to join our small friendly team in our North Sydney location. The role is the face of the business and will become the important link between clients and our pre-press & production team. This role will in time, also be responsible for growing and identifying sales growth with selected clients.
What skills & attributes would I need:
Ideally, you will have a background in print, graphic design or associated industries; and:
- be enthusiastic and professional with a strong work ethic;
- possess strong communication skills and have a good command of written and spoken English and have an articulate telephone manner to be able to liaise with clients to understand their needs and produce successful outcomes;
- be capable of operating in a busy, exciting and fast-paced environment where your experience, organisational skills and flexibility along with your attention to detail and responsiveness will be critical;
- have a capacity to work independently with good time management skills as you will often be multi-tasking and have a good eye for detail; and
- be reasonably proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and having knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) would be advantageous
- Be relatively fit - lifting of boxes is required from time to time
- Experience in similar role will be advantageous.
This is a great opportunity for a person to provide Customer Service and account management support to new and existing clients. You will have various responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- advising customers to enable them to make informed decisions;
- quoting in a timely manner;
- dealing with client requests and troubleshooting problems; and
- digital Printing and the production of smaller jobs in-house.
