Sales Representative - Commission Only | Work from home | 4 day week
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for booking in events, and meeting weekly KPI targets. Phone based or on-site, it’s your choice, whatever you believe brings in the highest results for you.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales closing both high- and low-ticket sales, exceptional negotiation skills, able to build rapport with clients and foster great long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Cold calling is a must for this role, please do not apply if you don’t have any cold calling experience, our team has a daily target of 60-70 calls a day. (Material and training provided)
- Present and explain the features and benefits of our event services to potential customers (training provided)
- Provide accurate and detailed quotes to customers, including pricing, inclusions, and able to answer any questions they have.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, service-based sales preferable
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a strong ability to overcome objections
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets
