We are currently seeking to employ a full time Customer Service & Sales Supportperson in Villawood, NSW. In this role you will report directly to the company’s Operations Manager.
We ideally seek trades people looking for a change in career, getting off the tools and into an entry level sales position. Boilermakers, Sheet Metal and Fitters are all urged to apply as well as people in the industrial sales market.
Key responsibilities include,
- Provide support to the external sales teams
- Provide high levels of Customer Service
- Assist customers with technical queries
- Prepare and raise customer quotations
- Input sales orders and raise invoices
- General office duties as requested
- Pick and pack and dispatch orders
- Serve customers from front counter and dispatch areas
Required Skills,
- Have a friendly and outgoing personality
- Have a mature and professional business approach
- Have strong communication and relationship skills
- Have a pleasant telephone manner
- Have good computer skills
- Previous sales experience would be advantageous
- Be pro-active and a team player
- Previous welding experience is advantageous.
Prior experience in an industrial sales or service role is highly desired or If you are a Tradesmen looking to get off the tools and into a sales role in the Welding Industry this is the perfect place to start.
The role is full time Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm and the successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary package based on knowledge and experience.
