Key Responsibilities:

- Processing of phone, email and website orders.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service standards.

About You:
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to think logically and solve problems effectively.
- Printing and/or understanding of Graphic Design, highly regarded.
