About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient professional to support our sales and Customer Service operations. This is a Permanent Part-Time position requiring 24 hours of work per week, Monday through Thursday.
Key Responsibilities:
-Customer Interaction: Be the friendly first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming sales calls with professionalism and courtesy.
-Inquiry Response: Address customer inquiries promptly and accurately, providing essential product information and order status updates.
-Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders via phone, email, and other digital channels, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into our system.
-Customer Support: Offer comprehensive support, including troubleshooting product issues, coordinating returns or exchanges, and providing tailored solutions.
-Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to facilitate efficient follow-up and issue resolution.
-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, logistics, and accounts departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
-Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall Customer Service experience.
-Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed to support business operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role, ideally in the FMCG industry.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to going above and beyond to meet customer needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Proficiency in computer systems with familiarity in CRM software being advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
