About the Role:You will be a key link between our team of design consultants and our customers. Providing external Customer Service and internal Sales Support. Duties such as answering and progressing customer enquiries, appointment setting, diary management and customer follow ups. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, can take ownership and communicate effectively both with internal colleagues and external customers. Previous experience in phone etiquette and Customer Service a must. Permanent part-time 4 days a week with flexible 1 day work from home. Possibility for position to develop into full time role position.
Some of the duties & responsibilities of the position:
- Ability to efficiently handle all incoming enquiries (phone and email).
- Ability to build rapport and confidently engage with new and existing customers.
- Daily appointment setting and reconfirmations.
- Customer appointment follow up calls to track customer experience and provide reporting to internal sales team.
- Supporting sales team with post visit communications and follow ups.
- Knowledge of the products and services Trueline provides and communicating this to new and existing customers.
- Monitoring general company inbox and distributing enquiries to the relevant office.
- General office duties such as stationery, marketing material stock ordering and system data entry.
- Assisting with existing customer communications and project administration
- Have a “can do” attitude.
- Go the extra mile to engage and surprise the customer.
Skills and experience essential to the role;
- Customer service experience
- Confident, friendly and engaging telephone manner
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and able to take direction
- Organisational skills
- Computer and IT literate including Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel
Ideally you can also demonstrate skills, expertise and attitude in the following areas;
- Previous experience in construction industry preferred
- Excellent time management
- Team player with high standards and an excellent attitude towards others in the workplace
- Flexibility to assist with ad hoc duties as required.
