We are a progressive diagnostic imaging company with practices located in Western Sydney.
A rewarding opportunity to join our well-respected and trusted group is available for a Full Time Customer Service Specialist who is available to work Monday to Friday and also alternative Saturday roster as required.
Specialist Medical Imaging
We provide high quality integrated imaging services and are committed to providing the highest level of Customer Service.
This role is much more than answering phone calls. Ideally, you will have experience in:
- Multi-tasking in a busy and fast paced environment
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Medicare and DVA submissions
- Patient billing and receipting
- General medical administration and clerical work
- Working effectively unsupervised as well as part of a team
You will be part of a team that is the first point of contact for all patients and other health professionals, therefore, we require you to be well presented, have excellent communication skills both face to face and telephone, a mature and positive attitude with solid reception experience. Attention to detail is an integral part of the success in this type of role.
Salary will be dependent on experience.
