We are currently seeking an energetic and passionate person to join Club Marine as a Member Services Specialist. Working in a team of Member Service Specialists, you will be part of a supportive team pursuing excellence in service delivery. Along the way, you will develop a great knowledge of boats and build underwriting skills for a great career in insurance.
The ideal person for this role will be flexible in their approach and have a strong focus on Customer Service. As we embed a customer-focused strategy across everything we do, you'll have an opportunity to drive innovation and real change that delivers a tangible and meaningful impact on our people, our members, and our boating community.
You'll be responsible for:
Assisting with all manner of Member & Partner enquiries to fulfill the insurance lifecycle, including providing quotes, renewals & policy alterations. Inbound calls & correspondence portfolio About you : Experience in Customer Service is essential. Proven strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven problem-solving ability and a keen eye for detail. Proactive time management skills Sound computer skills General knowledge of Boats will be highly regarded. What's on offer? The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with a balanced working roster. Applicants must be available 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and willing to work the occasional Saturday.
