The Position
- Develop relationships with an existing portfolio of clients
- Liaise with customers and internal team to ensure adherence to SOP's
- Monitor and update clients with shipment status and exceptions
- Recognise opportunities to develop further business
- Provide quotations and shipment costings
- Calculate and negotiate rates as required
- Provide assistance and resolve Customer Service enquiries
- Assist managers and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Well developed freight forwarding experience
- Ability to identify and meet customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
