We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team!
This role is responsible for working alongside our Customer service team to undertake answering the phone, general and administrative duties and scheduling in an efficient, effective and timely manner. The ideal candidate would be passionate and enthusiastic about Customer Service and be focused on delivering the best outcomes for our clients through streamlining processes and procedures to ensure efficiencies throughout the lifecycle of the project and general office processes.
Responsibilities
You will play a significant role in ensuring you facilitate the day-to-day claim management for customers who have recently lodged insurance claims with their insurer.
- Answering incoming customer calls and online enquiries, providing exceptional Customer Service.
- Administrative tasks to assist all departments including Construction, Restorations and Makesafe
- Booking in jobs and scheduling appointments across NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD
- Sending/ receiving and organising quotations and contracts
- Client engagement
- Co-ordination of Estimators daily work
- General office duties
- Supporting and scheduling site Estimators/Supervisors with appropriate administration requirements
- Help overcome issues that may arise and be actively involved in the problem-solving of the day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Highly organized: You are able to multitask and meet deadlines.
- A minimum of 12 months experience in high volume scheduling.
- Ability to work at our office in Caringbah
- Exposure to construction / working with trades, would be ideal.
- Confident in their attention to detail and candidate engagement.
- Excellent phone and communication manner
- Have strong dispute-resolution skills and listening skills
- Ability to multi-task in this arena and work under pressure.
