The Role
As our Customer Service Champion, you'll be the star of our client experience. Build authentic, long-lasting relationships that unlock opportunities and maximise client success.
Your Daily Heroics [Building new and existing relationships]
Be the first impression: Answer inbound inquiries (delegate some when needed) and go beyond just answering questions. Understand client needs and respond thoughtfully.
Spot and nurture new opportunities: Find, cultivate, and qualify new clients, expanding existing partnerships or referring larger ones to the manager. Understand key players and decision-making processes.
Deep dive into client needs: Analyze client requirements and their industry (with support if needed).
Craft winning proposals: Draft ideas showcasing Cargo Crew's value, benefits for clients, stakeholders, and potential service models. Get internal advice on styling and pricing.
Present with confidence: Lead client presentations where possible (with support if needed) and aim to convert opportunities into actual business.
Master the paperwork: For smaller clients, handle document completion and signing. For larger ones, support the manager with contract negotiations and ensure all agreements are signed and maintained.
