The Position
This role will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and will be working with customers on a day-to-day basis.
Daily purchase order management and reporting.
Communicate and liaise with internal stakeholders, such as Key Account Managers, BDMs, and Senior Management.
The Candidate
To be considered for this role it is essential that the candidate has: -
3 years' experience in a similar role within the freight forwarding industry.
Knowledge Of CargoWise.
Good verbal and written communication.
Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
Problem solving skills.
Self-motivated, passionate, proactive and a positive attitude.
High attention to detail and well-organised.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven office environment.
