AddressNES Fircroft are working alongside a Global Oil & Gas Operator seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support their Call Centre in Melbourne (Docklands).
Job Title: Communications Advisor (Customer Service)
Location: Docklands (Melbourne), VIC
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working from Home: 2 days WFH flexibility (60/40%)
Hours: 9am - 5pm
Length of Contract: 12 months (potential for permanent)
Job Level: Junior
Interview / Start date: Before July 2024
This role will be working in the Call Centre department.
Experience Required:
- Candidate required to have 2 – 3 years experience
- Candidate must have stakeholder management skills
- Candidate must have campaign content experience
- Candidate must have time management skills
- Candidate must have Salesforce experience
- Candidate must have excellent communication, interpersonal and phone skills
