As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in a current project focused on upgrading EFTPOS terminals for merchants. You will be responsible for contacting merchants, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the upgrade process. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your Customer Service skills within the banking sector.

The Opportunity:
- Start: ASAP
- Rate: $35.86ph + super
- Location: Sydney CBD offices (3 days p/w in the office after training is complete)
- Contract: 12-month contract.
- Hours: Full-time hours (9:00 am - 5:00 pm): Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities include:
- Contact merchants to initiate discussions on upgrading their EFTPOS terminals.
- Provide clear and concise information about the benefits and process of upgrading.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on all interactions.
- Maintain accuracy of data in systems
Skills & Experience required:
- A genuine passion for Customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to work as a team player
- Attention to detail, with a focus on quality outputs
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
