MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients inquiring about solar and battery products.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in navigating our products and services, addressing technical queries, and offering solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with solar and battery systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
