Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to enhance company performance.
- Manage customer orders and issue sales invoices.
- Monitor and communicate order status to stakeholders.
- Report problems and propose solutions for sales orders.
- Ensure accurate pricing and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain for efficient order delivery.
- Handle customer complaints promptly.
Requirements
- Expereince in the logistics or warehousing industry
- A willingness to learn and a positive attitide
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- Experience in a similar positon
- SAP experience is advantageous
