The successful candidate will join a professional team, dedicated, and highly focused, addressing and responding to what truly matters in a service and support environment.
To support our growth, we have multiple full-time position available for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting and maintaining relationships with both our business partners and customers, acting as their advocate within a service and support environment.
- Be part of the front-line team of the organization to engage with customers and business partners via inbound calls, but also to make those important outbound calls, all in providing the best service and support for our brand, products, and services.
- The aptitude to recognize and promote, with confidence to customers, the benefits available within our world class self-serving apps. Educating in how to use and troubleshooting issues with customers is also key.
- De-escalation of customer complaints, working towards an appropriate resolution for customers and our business.
- Support the sales effort in assisting applicants to become customers.
- Provide support to the plan management effort by responding to those barriers preventing on-time payment of instalments.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and the education of processes required to enhance the service experience.
- Be an engaging supportive team member with an intuitive nature to learn and grow.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Customer Service, contact centre, retail, or telemarketing.
- Excellent voice and conversational skills, including active listening, empathy, respect, and professional written skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the foresight to respond to the core issues presented in contact scenarios.
- Excellent computer literacy skills with the ability to work within an environment of multiple systems.
- Be a resident located on the Gold Coast with easy access to our prestige Southport office location.
- Must be available from Monday to Friday 8am-5pm on a rotational roster.
