About the Role

Working within our front of house team and closely with the General Manager, your role will be instrumental in the successful movement of stock between the hundreds of wholesalers, retailers, markets, farms, municipal councils, landscapers and suppliers that make up our massive customer base. 

We are looking for a motivated and talented Customer Service professional to be a part of our team in Melbourne. We want a bright, friendly individual with a strong sense of integrity, positive work ethic with excellent computer and communication skills.

Leading a team of 5, you will be responsible for maintaining client portfolios, managing client relationships generating new and existing business and providing exceptional support to your customers and team.

• Coach and support an office team leading by example
• Identifying and building new customer relationships
• Processing bookings for customers 
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders of the business 
• Responding to email requests
• Invoicing where applicable 

Skills & Experience 

• Previous experience in a Customer Service Team Leader role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• High attention to detail 
• Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite as well as internet 
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, including an ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
