The Role:
We are looking for an energetic and hands on Customer Service Team Leader to be the first point of contact for new and existing customers on a day to day basis.

We are looking for a Customer Service enthusiast with a can do attitude, who wants to contribute and be part of the Customer Service Team.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Manages the Customer Service Team to ensure appropriate account management and sales support coverage, manage escalated operational queries and monitor team quality and performance to ensure the consistent support provided to the Sales team,
- Serves as the lead point of contact for customer account and product queries,
- Follows customer orders through the business to ensure on time delivery, communicates the progress of customer orders to internal and external stakeholders,
- Develops trusted advisor relationships with assigned customer accounts, stakeholders and act as an internal advocate for the customer,
- When an issue arises, ensures the timely and successful delivery of an appropriate solution whilst effectively communicating with internal departments and customers,
- Identifies opportunities to develop new business within existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales objectives
- Fosters collaboration among all departments and managers, leveraging adept negotiation skills to cultivate mutual respect and harmonious teamwork, thereby enriching the organizational culture for the collective benefit of the group, team, and business.
To be considered for this role you must have the following experience:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service / administration position
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Motivation and drive to exceed targets and meet required timeframes
- A "Can do" attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction
- Experience in manufacturing industry would be advantageous
