The Opportunity
As the Customer Service Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for all members of the community when attending the Lakes Entrance Aquadome.
Using your strong relationship building skills and leadership experience, you’ll be an integral team member and help drive a strong culture at the Aquadome. You’ll do this by leading your team of experienced Customer Service professionals to continue to strengthen our services, build on their individual skill sets, and provide outstanding customer experiences.
This is a full time, permanent position and is based at the Lakes Entrance Aquadome

Things You’re Proud Of (Key Selection Criteria)
- Experience in leading a staff team.
- Extensive Customer Service experience in a merchandising, café and membership environment
- Ability to liaise with all staff customers and suppliers in a professional manner.
- Ability to problem solves and resolves difficult situations.
- Ability to maintain and enhance the public image of East Gippsland Shire Council
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience within our recreation centres.
- Possess genuine interest in Aquatic and Recreation industry.
- A current, valid Victorian Driver’s licence.
If successful, you will need to obtain a current Police Check, Employee Working with Children Check, undergo a pre-employment medical assessment, and hold the qualifications listed in the position description.
You must also be legally able to work in Australia.
