The Cat Clinic Hobart is excited to welcome another member to our Reception/Customer Service Team. You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have customer service, hospitality or veterinary/health industry experience.
- Enjoy the company of cats, but deep down you are all about the people! You exude friendliness and always greet others with energy and confidence.
- Are highly organised, like a fast-paced environment and can learn new techniques quickly.
- Love talking on the phone and making real connections with clients.
- Have a secret superpower: providing customer service that makes everyone say “Wow!”
- Are great with computers and can take notes, follow up on messages and manage correspondence efficiently and accurately.
- Like to challenge yourself and be part of a close knit team.
You don’t need to have prior experience in a Veterinary Clinic….
You just need to be a genuinely caring, hardworking person with great attention to detail and we promise we’ll help you with the industry specific knowledge!
