Are you a people person with a passion for helping others? Gold Coast Gymnastics is currently seeking enthusiastic and driven member services staff to join our Customer Service Team. Full-Time or Part-Time positions available.
Being the first point of contact for our gymnastics club your responsibilities will include:
- providing exceptional Customer Service in-person, via phone and email to all members of the club and external stakeholders.
- Prompt and professional resolution of customer enquiries.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Build strong relationships with our club members and wider community to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate well with our Team Leads and Senior Leadership Team to achieve goals and provide a smooth enrolment for all members into our programs.
Position requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to show understanding and empathy to all.
- Ability to multi-task, work efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous Customer Service Skills are required.
- Proficiency in a variety of computer systems including word and excel.
- Proficiency in using web-based booking systems (iClassPro experience will be highly regarded, however full training in this system will be provided to the successful applicant)
- Ability to assist with other administrative tasks as required.
- Availability across Monday to Saturday (variety of shifts available across our opening hours of 8.30am-6pm weekdays and Saturdays 7am-1pm) and the flexibility to work at our coomera venue if required.
