$35.42 per hour + super (equivalent to $70K + super)

About Us
Based in Smithfield, this window and door manufacturer is currently looking for a highly motivated, Customer Service person to take ownership of their customers within the Customer Service department.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role requires you to join the team to service your clients by phone or via email to make sure all deadlines and expectations are met. Working Monday to Friday 9am -5pm this is an ongoing casual role that may see you going fulltime after a successful probation period.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Administration, Customer Service, data entry with general office duties
Communication with suppliers and customers
Proactively develop customer relationships over the phone
Build rapport and resolve customer queries in a constructive manner
Handle?difficult problems or complaints to provide desired solutions
Deal with internal staff or departments daily to achieve required outcomes
Experience & Qualifications
Demonstrated experience working within a busy office environment
Professional phone manner and enjoy dealing with customer enquiries
Background in the manufacturing, building, construction or retail trade industry
Possess personality with clear and concise communication skill over the phone
Have a passion for Customer Service who can multitask, and problem solve
Attention to detail and can work independently or team environment
You will have clear and concise communication skills, attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines and a bright a bubbly personality.
