Due to continuing growth, a growing workshop and a pursuit to provide our customers with the best experience possible, Wangaratta Mazda have a fantastic opportunity for an “All Rounder” who will assist our customers daily, focusing on warranty claims with Mazda Australia and assisting in our Spare Parts department with parts sales and basic parts interpreting.
To succeed in this role, you will be an a people person first and foremost! Second to a people person you will have a great attention to detail, be good with computers, good with numbers and a great communicator! We will teach you the rest! Experience working in a dealership will also be highly regarded but not necessary.
The Role…
- Using Mazda Australia computer system to process warranty claims for our existing customers.
- Using our internal systems to follow through these claims with a high level of data accuracy.
- Assist the Spare Parts Manager with all areas of department including customer orders, picking of parts for orders, driving to pick up urgent parts, parts interpreting, ordering of parts from various sources.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and team members
- Develop and maintain an acceptable of spare part knowledge/understanding across the Mazda range.
- Assisting other dealership departments with vehicle movements and other reasonable tasks as required.

- Are someone who has a high level of attention to detail.
- Have Great knowledge and understanding of computers including web browsers, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Have a current drivers license.
