We are seeking a diligent and approachable Property Officer who prioritizes the needs of both Landlords and Tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a shared portfolio alongside the Property Manager
- Handle all compliance-related matters
- Manage arrears effectively
- Coordinate and conduct ingoing/routine inspections, and prepare detailed reports
- Facilitate property repairs and maintenance
- Guide new tenants and landlords through our property management practices
- Ensure all processes comply with legislation and NSW Fair Trading requirements
- Maintain regular and strong communication with Landlords and Tenants
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate of registration preferred
- Knowledge of Property Tree software is an advantage
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and initiative
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
