Customer Service/Administration Officer

The role:

In this crucial role, your responsibilities will include;

• Answering customer enquiries, processing customer orders, follow up customer enquiries, releasing back orders, and liaising with the warehouse in regard to the status of client's orders.
• Supporting our external sales personnel.
• Making outbound sales calls to clients to increase sales volumes including promoting various company specials and announcing new products.
• Serving customers in the showroom.
• Data entry of customer details and orders.
• Various clerical tasks.
• Working with the sales team in setting up Caravan Show exhibitor stands.
• Working with the sales team at Caravan and Leisure Shows & trade events.

Your Profile:

As the successful applicant you will have:

• Proven track record in customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Solid data entry skills
• Advanced computer skills, in Microsoft Word and Excel and familiarity with ecommerce sites.
• Knowledge of RV Parts & Accessories (advantageous)
• The ability to manage large workloads and meet deadlines with confidence.
