Lancaster Motor Group is located in the Hunter Valley town of Singleton, is a new vehicle dealership for; Ford, GMSV, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Nissan & Suzuki.
The dealership is part of a Hunter Valley based group and is privately owned and operated.
We are looking for a Customer Servies representative who will be responsible for driving our CRM and actively contacting customers.
Some of the tasks this position will be responsble for includes
- Customer follow up after sales and service follow up after being in our service department
- Central contact for customer concerns, and driving a customer resolution with consultation with the department manager.
- Following up lost or overdue service customers and making service bookings from both internal and manufacture reports
- Following up lost sales enquiries and determining the reason for the outcome
- Driving manufacture survey returns both for vehicle sales and service ensuring targets are meet.
- Assisting following up marketing campaign offer with following up customers
The successful applicant will work autonomously but will report of the department managers and owners. This person will need sound computer skills to operate our CRM system and will need good communication skills as a large portion the role will on the phone and having conversations with our customers.
The role will include a weekly retainer and a portion of the remuneration will be based on receiving the new vehicles manufacture customers surveys achieving the manufacture targets, which will be calculated and paid monthly.
This role is Monday - Friday and will be based in our dealership site at 1 Waddell's Lane Singleton.
