Your role:


As a Customer Solution Consultant, you’ll be providing the best experience to our customers through their inbound health insurance product enquiries. You’ll be provided with the support from your team leader and colleagues to act as the expert in providing information, clarity and assistance on health products and policy.


The role of a Customer Solutions Consultant is to manage all inbound and some outbound enquiries for our health insurance members and providers, ensuring a positive experience is delivered accurately, each and every time.

This role can be performed across any States or Territories operating in AEST time zone due to operating hours supporting our members. This includes Victoria (Melbourne), NSW (Sydney), ACT (Canberra), Queensland (Brisbane) or Tasmania (Hobart, Launceston)


If you are located in Melbourne or Sydney you are welcome to enjoy a hybrid working model at our Spring Street, Melbourne or Phillips Street, Sydney offices.

Is this you?


  • Like to work in a fast pace dynamic fun environment with high employee engagement
  • Ability to use your problem-solving skills to support members through their health challengers
  • Can deliver exceptional verbal and written experiences to members
  • The drive to learn multiple systems, private health insurance products, legislation and processes
  • Strong customer-centric experience within a target driven environment – such as Health, Insurance, Call Centre, Hospitality or Retail to name a few
  • Available to work a rotating roster 8.30am – 8pm, Monday to Friday
