We are currently seeking a Customer Success Rep to join our Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) team. At HBS, we connect, protect, and enhance buildings and facilities worldwide. We ensure they stay connected, safe, secure, comfortable, and cost-efficient, making us a global leader in energy efficiency solutions. With over $1.5 billion in revenue, serving tens of thousands of buildings, we are committed to evolving with our customers.
As the HBS Senior Customer Success Rep, you'll be at the forefront of driving excellence in customer experience. Your mission is to make sure our Regional Services Business reaches the pinnacle of industry standards. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their success metrics and collaborate with the HBS Service team to exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- 15% - Lead Generation and Partnership with Sales: Develop and maintain key customer relationships, driving revenue growth and customer adoption. Identify opportunities for future offerings and work with sales to secure leads.
- 55% - Customer Success/Customer Value Realization: Guide the customer journey from pre-sales to post-subscription, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes. Collaborate with service teams to meet and exceed targets and facilitate best practice sharing.
- 30% - Customer Health and Retention: Keep a close eye on account health and proactively mitigate churn risk. Be the voice of the customer, providing valuable feedback to enhance our solutions.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in service or Customer Success
- Experience in a multinational, matrixed organization
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills

- Strong understanding of service business financials, digital service operations, and cybersecurity solutions

- Self-motivated with a focus on results and a sense of urgency
- Building Technology Projects & Services industry experience
