Join a leading supplier information and risk management company, as they expand across Australia's growing aerospace and defense industries. Founded by industry veterans with over 30 years of individual experience, they specialize in collecting, validating, and monitoring supplier information to ensure accuracy and compliance, therefore completing the approval process to conduct business across Australia.

We're seeking TWO enthusiastic individuals to join their newly established team and office in Australia as Customer Support Advisor. Your role will involve:

• Conducting scheduled calls with suppliers and customers to provide information about the services, assist with registrations, and facilitate subscription renewals - Please note: These are not outbound sales or cold calls; these people are eager to engage as it presents a valuable opportunity for their business.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, including IT and procedural matters.
• Handling subscription fees and payments for supplier customers.
• Thoroughly validating online questionnaires with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to standard procedures.
• Updating customer records promptly to reflect the status of their questionnaires.
• Assisting customers with fee payments for new subscriptions and renewals.
• Demonstrating proficiency in their business system's validation process.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve processes.
• Actively participating in team meetings to share insights and information.
• Consistently exceeding personal targets for call volume and customer satisfaction.

This is a Temp to permanent opportunity and offers a dynamic blend of office and remote work, with 3 days in-office and 2 days WFH after a successful probationary period.
