Customer Support & Administration Assistant (Or Trainee)

We offer carpentry & maintenance services on the Upper North Shore. Our business is based on customer service, unshakeable ethics and doing a great job.
We want a full time Customer Support & Administration Assistant to grow our team. This is a great opportunity for a committed individual who wants work that provides them with variety, purpose &career progression.
The role supports the company's operations. This includes customer service, materials acquisition & Administration.
Do you have:
• Good verbal, written & interpersonal communications skills?
• A good attitude and can work with high net wealth individuals? We can train for skill, but not for character
• A driver’s licence & access to a vehicle?
• Good personal presentation, reliability & can demonstrate perseverance?
• Can follow instructions and use your brain?
• Good computer skills with a typing speed of at least 40 WPM? (Experience with ServiceM8 is preferred).
• Some experience working in a small business (preferred)
• Diploma or degree in business (preferred). A traineeship is available if you lack formal qualifications
