This exciting leadership opportunity is for a passionate individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Based at our Applecross Shore Care Community, you will work alongside the dynamic leadership team, leading our sales and resident admissions by following up on leads, touring families, generating contracts via Sales Force and building relationships with hospitals and the local community.
Role responsibilities and requirements:
- Full-Time role working Monday - Friday
- Experience in Sales/Administration roles (Aged Care Preferred)
- Self-driven individual with great attention to details
- Demonstrated understanding of sales processes
- Management of customer enquiries, conduction of site tours
- Management of sales pipeline to improve conversion rates
- Implementing sales programs to improve uptake of additional services
- Monitoring service standards and customer feedback
- Supporting the effective execution of the local area marketing when required
- Excellent stakeholder management and team-building skills
- Reception and other administration duties where required
