Currently we are seeking the right person to join our team at our Murarrie based operations. A team player with great communication, people skills and willingness to learn. This can be a full time or part time position.
The Job:
- Support for the technical team, sales and management
- Scheduling resources, product, training courses & demonstrations
- Managing client relationships
- Maintaining the company LMS (Learning Management System) and Website
- Resolving client queries and assisting them with solutions including cross selling company products and services;
- Organising training & processing assessment and certificates ;
- Assisting with client proposals/quotations & tender submissions;
- Assisting with conferences/marketing activities
- Other administration duties as required.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in the Food or Certification Industry (preferred but not essential)
- Enthusiasm is a must – a can-do attitude and flexibility is essential
- A professional attitude and friendly personality
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Advanced attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Comfortable with selling
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Ability to work autonomously
